Stability Data

The efficacy of StabilZyme AP stabilizer was verified by real-time stability studies that included independent testing of the enzyme activity and the immunological activity by ELISA (see graph below).  The studies were conducted using a monoclonal IgG-AP conjugate.  Results of these analyses indicate superior performance of StabilZyme AP stabilizer compared to a common AP conjugate diluent.  The monoclonal IgG-AP conjugate retained over 70% of its activity when stored in StabilZyme AP stabilizer for 24 months at room temperature.
