BioFX® Alkaline Phosphatase/Horseradish Peroxidase Block (Product Code APHP) was developed as a blocking solution for immunohistochemical procedures. It blocks the endogenous alkaline phosphatase and horseradish peroxidase present in many immunohistochemistry samples.

| Product Use | Samples should be blocked for a minimum of 10 minutes at room temperature (25ºC). Additional blocking time may be required depending on tissue thickness and sample penetrability.||Samples should be rinsed with copious amounts of distilled water to remove excess blocking solution. |
| Shelf Life | Stable for a minimum of 3 years from the date of manufacture when stored at the recommended storage temperature of 2°C - 8°C. |
| Storage | Store at 2°C - 8°C. Care should be taken to minimize the risk of contamination. |
