Product Description
  • Supplied as a three-component system:
    • TACB - Reagent A - TAC Buffer (Modified Gormori's Tris Azo-Coupling Buffer)
    • IAPR - Reagent B - Initiator Solution (Hexa-azonium Salt Initiator)
    • NMAG - Reagent C - New Magenta Solution
  • Produces a pink-to-magenta precipitate at the sites of alkaline phosphatase activity
How it Works
  • The TAC Buffer coupled with naphthol is enzymatically hydrolyzed by alkaline phosphatase
  • A reaction occurs in the presence of hexazotized substrate producing the magenta precipitate
Shelf Life
  • Stable for a minimum of 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored at 2°C to 8°C in the original container
Storage
  • Store at 2°C to 8°C
