Signal-to-Noise Ratio Comparison A comparison of a conventional pNPP one-component liquid to BioFX AP-Yellow One Component Microwell Substrate with stabilizing pellets was performed. Formulations were stored and tested at Days 0, 2, 4, 8, 15, and 30 under 37°C stress conditions. Results showed significantly higher S/N ratios for the BioFX substrate at every time point.
