BioFX® Colorimetric AP Substrates

BioFX® Colorimetric AP Substrates are available for both microwell and membrane applications.  BioFX Colormetric AP Substrates:

  • Utilize chemistries that protect the dyes from unpredictable color change
  • Contain no hazardous solvents
  • Employ unique buffers that optimize reaction rates

Products available for the detection of alkaline phosphatase include pNPP with stabilizing pellets, BCIP/NBT, AP-New Magenta, and AP-Blue and AP-Red SpectraFX substrates.
