Western Blot using TMB HRP Membrane Substrate – Comparisons were performed on western blots detecting serial dilutions of HSP 70 (10 to 0.04 μg) with anti-HSP-70 at a 1:2K dilution. Blots were washed 3X. A biotin-labeled Goat Anti-Mouse IgG was used as the secondary at 1:1K diltuion, Streptavidin-HRP was used at 1:1.5K with detection by BioFX TMBM.
