BioFX® TMB HRP microwell substrates provide stable TMB kinetic options for horseradish peroxidase microwell applications. Features of this family of substrates include:

  • A choice of varying levels of detection among the several available BioFX TMB substrates that provide consistent, reliable results
  • A non-hazardous, non-toxic solvent system that contains no aprotic solvents
  • Dramatic sensitivity that is maintained over long periods of time
  • Changes from colorless to blue

BioFX TMB HRP Product Comparison

HRP was diluted to a final concentration of 160 pg/well and added to all wells. The ODs were read at 650 nm, then at 5 minutes intervals.
