Immunohistochemistry techniques use antibodies to detect and visualize antigens in tissue samples. SurModics offers BioFX® EoProbe Eosinophil Staining Kit, which produces a stable, deep-red fluorescent emission in contrast to a dark background. The intensity of color or fluorescence produced is proportional to the amount of measured bound antigen.

• Contains a proprietary label that reacts with eosinophilic granular proteins
• Produces a specific granule protein-based photoreactive complex
• For use with histological specimens fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin
