StabilZyme® HRP Conjugate Stabilizer

StabilZyme® HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is developed specifically for Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugates in solution.

  • StabilZyme HRP stabilizer is readily incorporated into virtually any assay production protocol. Conjugates can be added directly to StabilZyme HRP stabilizer and are then ready for storage and use. It is also an excellent diluent and often decreases background and increases signal for improved signal-to-noise ratios.
  • StabilZyme HRP stabilizer prevents the loss of catalytic activity while maintaining the conformation of the antibody or protein-antigen portion of the conjugate.

Stability Data

StabilZyme HRP stabilizer efficacy was verified by real-time stability studies that included independent testing of the enzyme activity and the immunological activity by ELISA (see graph below). The studies were conducted using a monoclonal IgG-HRP conjugate. Results of these analyses indicate superior performance of StabilZyme HRP stabilizer compared to a common HRP conjugate diluent. The monoclonal IgG-HRP conjugate retained over 90% of its activity when stored in StabilZyme HRP stabilizer for 24 months at room temperature.
