Designed for conjugated proteins, antibody-coated particles, and unmodified proteins in solution without the use of BSA protein.

  • StabilZyme® NOBLE stabilizer is recommended for biologically active components in solution, including enzyme conjugates. It stabilizes biomolecule activity without incorporating bovine protein. This virtually eliminates the possibility of test interference that can result from the use of this protein.
  • StabilZyme NOBLE stabilizer is easy to evaluate and readily incorporated into virtually any assay production protocol.

Stability Data

To demonstrate the stabilizing efficacy of StabilZyme NOBLE stabilizer, four different species of IgG-HRP conjugates were stored in StabilZyme NOBLE stabilizer at their respective use concentrations (see graph below). The HRP conjugates included rabbit (IgG) anti-mouse IgG-HRP, mouse (IgG) anti-rabbit IgG-HRP, goat (IgG) anti-rabbit IgG-HRP and chicken (IgY) anti-mouse IgG-HRP. Using ELISA, the percent retained enzyme activity was determined by comparing antibody-conjugate activities stored at 4°C to those stored at 37°C. Results showed that all four HRP conjugates retained at least 80% activity after 30 days at 37°C.
