Stability Data

To demonstrate the stabilizing efficacy of StabilZyme NOBLE stabilizer, four different species of IgG-HRP conjugates were stored in StabilZyme NOBLE stabilizer at their respective use concentrations (see graph below).  The HRP conjugates included rabbit (IgG) anti-mouse IgG-HRP, mouse (IgG) anti-rabbit IgG-HRP, goat (IgG) anti-rabbit IgG-HRP and chicken (IgY) anti-mouse IgG-HRP.  Using ELISA, the percent retained enzyme activity was determined by comparing antibody-conjugate activities stored at 4ºC to those stored at 37ºC.   Results showed that all four HRP conjugates retained at least 80% activity after 30 days at 37ºC.
